Three Decades of Coastal Expertise

Kim Kelly has lived in and loved Southern California her entire life. She launched her real estate career at just 21 years old, and over the following three-plus decades, has built extensive expertise across nearly every corner of the business — home sales, investment properties, bank-owned properties, short sales, and multi-unit transactions.

Midway through her career, Kim stepped away from real estate for about 15 years to finish raising her two children, travel, and live abroad in the Greek Islands, when she also worked towards her helicopter pilot's license. During that time, she opened a coastal home décor store, Home by the Seashore, in the seaside town of Seal Beach — a place that would later become home.

Now a 30-year resident of Seal Beach, Kim focuses her business in and around Seal Beach, Rossmoor, Long Beach, and Huntington Beach. She's known for guiding clients through every step of a transaction, from helping buyers secure the best possible loan to helping sellers stage their homes for a top-dollar sale.
