Kim Kelly has lived in and loved Southern California for her entire life. She launched her real estate career at the young age of 21.
Eager to gain experience in every aspect of the business, Kim has extensive expertise in home sales as well as investment properties, bank-owned properties, short sales, and multi-unit sales.
Kim began her career as a real estate broker over 30 years ago, but not all of those years were spent in the business: she took a break after about 15 years to finish raising her 2 children, travel, and live in Europe—The Greek Islands—and work towards her helicopter’s pilot’s license. During this time, she also opened a coastal home décor store (Home by the Seashore) in the beautiful seaside town of Seal Beach.
A 20-year resident of Seal Beach, Kim sells in and around the Seal Beach, Rossmoor, Long Beach, and Huntington Beach areas. She has an extraordinary ability to assist her clients every step of the way, from helping her buyers get the best loan possible to helping sellers stage their home for a top-dollar sale.
